Use the Paper!

I am a DSP hoarder. There I've admitted it. I'm working on using the papers I have and enjoying them. Otherwise, they sit on my shelves and gather dust. They won't bring anyone enjoyment there!

This HYCCT challenge is to use an  UNcolored line image on your card. If you want to accent a small part of the image with a color or sparkle, that's okay. You can stamp it on whatever paper you want in whatever ink you want, just don't color in your lines.

Trial and Error

Hello! When you first see a sketch, do you instantly have an idea? Some times that happens., and other times I feel like I pull out a ton of stamp sets and just can't get them to work together. For this week's Freshly Made Sketch, I had an instant idea, and then realized I hadn't gotten the stamp set yet. FAIL! So I had to figure out an alternative solution. Maybe when the set comes in, I'll play with this sketch again!
Enjoy this beautiful day!

It's Official...

I'm in love with the Stampin' Up! Blendabilities. I have already started looking at my entire stamp collection to see how I can color images in new ways with these fantastic markers. It'll take some practice, but seriously this is my first image I colored and I'm hooked.

I got my color scheme from Crazy for Challenges. I used Coastal Cabana, Pumpkin Pie, and Sahara Sand from my SU colors.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!
